construction fraud - Avoid Robert Apple
Avoid BT CONSTRUCTION Alameda CA aka BOUL & TU CONSTRUCTION aka Andy Van Nguyen
1) BT Construction diverted contract fund elsewhere. The subs and material suppliers did not get pay. The Subs are looking for them.
2) BT committed fraud by ordering materials for other project and asked the material supplier to charge the owner credit card on file without any authorization. San Jose and Fremont Police cases pending...
3) BT Construction failure to fulfill the terms of an agreement include Engineering specs violations.
4) BT Construction failed to follow accepted trade stds for good and workmanlike construction but deceptively advertised as "Master Contractor". Boul and Tu are Master Cheaters and Liars.

The Merriam –Webster dictionary defines COWARDICE as “Lack of courage or resolution”. Courage, that is the one thing that you obviously lack, since you feel compelled to do an IMPERSONATION of someone YOU clearly are NOT. You sign this blog as Robert Apple, make all this accusations trying to damage someone’s reputation, add links to sites that have absolutely nothing to do with Robert Apple or Robert Apple Construction and copy and paste all the babble, in an effort to make it look like an elaborated blog.

That is what you are, someone who feels the need to HIDE BEHIND A MONITOR and shield yourself behind the “anonymity” the internet offers, because you can’t grow some COURAGE to deal with this face to face.
So what is your story? Angry because you went waaaay out of your budget in your building project, living behind your means and now feel the need to blame someone because OBVIOUSLY you lack the strength to admit your own stupid mistakes.
Maybe you are the closeted homosexual who feels rejected?
I think you have too much time in your hands, your pathetic life is wasted in front of that monitor because you don’t have a real life beyond that.
