What does construction fraud have to do with terrorism, and what does robert apple construction have to do with the matter of construction fraud?
Before 9/11, Federal attorneys / Federal investigators were assigned to construction fraud – but emphasis has now shifted to investigating terrorism. Local law enforcement is often ill equipped and too overburdened to tackle complicated economic and construction fraud cases that may involve layers of civil paperwork and assets hidden in offshore accounts. “Fraud, in itself, is a very difficult crime to try and prosecute.” “In most big cities, most city attorneys don’t have the expertise to prosecute construction fraud.”

In the end, his duped clients estimates they paid Robert Apple Construction about $10,000 more than the $75,281 agreed upon in the contract – a sum he’ll be paying off in his mortgage for the next 30 years.

some of the dozens of cases that Robert Apple and Robert Apple Construction were sued by homeowners that hired him. I know, its a cliche to say "I'm suing my general contractor". Robert Apple is a P.O.S. Stay clear. Doubtful you will find any high end homeowners that will tell you they had a positive experience and very likely they will tell you they had problems with his amateur accounting done by his wife Fabiola. Courage, that is the one thing that you obviously lack, since you feel compelled to do an IMPERSONATION of someone YOU clearly are NOT. ReplyDeleteShould be called Robert CRAPLE Construction. Robert stole funds and then strong armed me for more money because he did could not balance his own accounting books, costing me lots of additional money in carrying costs. He didn't finish the job because he used the money I gave him for personal use. I was forced to hire and manage new sub contractors to repair the work Robert Apple had done and finish the job, which cost me almost $100,000 more than it should have done, since I had already paid Crapple for the work. The guys is a P.O.S. Beware!
